Refunds
Please be advised that we currently do not support returns due to the fact that the products you order are personalised and printed specifically for each order.

Order Quality Issues

If you're not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. Please note the below details in your correspondence, and we will get in touch with you to organise a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

  • The description of the issue
  • Supporting Photos of the issue (mandatory for production issues)
Changes to Your Order
We make all our orders specific to each couple. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless otherwise set out in the Order Review / Confirmation, which you can review at the checkout.
